Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver all items by insured delivery within 7 working days during non-peak times. However, deliveries outside of the UK may take longer. For security purposes, all our deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is secure and that you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the delivery. Bliss Rings accepts no responsibility for someone signing for your delivery without your authority.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Bliss Rings shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated time scales. If the delivery time is longer or items are unavailable we will inform you by e-mail.
All risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time when the products are delivered.
2. Postage & Packaging
A delivery charge (which includes packaging and insurance) is added to all orders, as follows:

Boxes where applicable are complementary on all purchases and all items will be securely wrapped for postage.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the item.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and receive a full refund of any money paid. We will not refund your return postage costs and it is your responsibility to ensure that any items returned, reach us in the same condition that they were received to you.
If any item is found to be faulty then it must be returned to Bliss Rings within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and it will be replaced free of charge.
Ring sizes are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we cannot guarantee to be able to resize rings. Ring sizing will be charged for and cannot be purchased online. Please call Bliss Rings on 0845 643 0401 (international code +44 845 643 0401) for more details.
In the rare event of a faulty item, the item can be returned but will only be accepted by us if the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the box and the invoice (sent to the purchaser of the goods). We recommend you keep a copy of the invoice for your own records. Returns not accompanied by all of the original documentation will not be honoured. Please note that all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch.
You should inform us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at email@example.com, including your phone number in the e-mail.

For your own benefit, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. Bliss Rings will not take responsibility for returned items in transit.
The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the item(s). Provided that the item(s) is/are in original condition and the above information is provided, you will receive a prompt refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Bliss Rings will not refund your return postage costs.

4. Cancellations and Exchanges
If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com quoting your order number.
5. Damaged and Defective Items
We check all dispatched items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged on not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your item.
A Bliss Rings consultant will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
Products purchased online that are deemed to be defective, damaged or not what you ordered cannot be returned to any of our retail stockists under any circumstances.
